NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given to owners of property described or referred to and to all other persons as provided by law that the Kerens City Council acting as the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 South Colket Street to consider the application concerning changes in zoning ordinances on the property hereinafter described and at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Application for a specific use permit to place a mobile home at ABS A10046 H BUSH ABST TRACT 24B located at 14097 SE CR 4030 in the City of Kerens.  As submitted by Bobby Williams.
