NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE is hereby given to owners of property described or referred to and to all other persons as provided by law that the Kerens City Council acting as the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 101 South Colket Street to consider the application concerning changes in zoning ordinances on the property hereinafter described and at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

 

Application for a specific use permit to allow a mobile home to be placed on Grays addition BLK 1 lot 15 located at 710 N Wright in the City of Kerens.  As submitted by Kelli Hobbs.

Application for a specific use permit to allow a mobile home to be placed on OT BLK 47 LOT 13 THRU 16 located at 111 NE First Street in the City of Kerens.  As submitted by Doris Glasgow.
