NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given to owners of property described or referred to and to all other persons as provided by law that the Kerens City Council acting as the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 South Colket Street to consider the application concerning changes in zoning ordinances on the property hereinafter described and at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Application for Specific Use Permit to place a mobile home on Kerens OT Blk 77 Lot South half of 5 & 6 located at 501 S.E. Third St. in the City of Kerens as submitted by Cindy Jones.
